The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted people and societies worldwide. It has brought about unprecedented challenges and changes to our way of life. Moderna Inc. is a pioneering biotechnology company known for its innovative mRNA technology and its vital role in developing COVID-19 vaccines. In 2021, Modera branded its COVID-19 vaccine as "SpikeVax" and was seeking a distinctive and memorable logo to represent it.

The logo will serve as an essential element in establishing the brand identity for SpikeVax. It should encapsulate the spirit of scientific advancement, health, and hope. Moderna wanted this logo to represent a beacon of protection against the global pandemic.
